A Chilean sales and ticket issuance app
Provided by the Servicio de Impuestos Internos - Chile (SII), e-Boleta, or e-Ballot in English, is a free lifestyle app for Chilean taxpayers that allows for the digital issuance of exempt and sales and service tickets, which can be sent via WhatsApp or email.
Fast and convenient
e-Boleta also enables the addition of authorized users, making ticket issuance faster and a more convenient process. With users sending copies of daily sales summaries and e-tickets to the SII, they comply with the obligations stated in Exempt Resolution No. 74 dated in the year 2020.
Unfortunately, only the app’s web version supports the downloading of reports of issued e-tickets. It also suffers from log-in issues and crashes, as well. Furthermore, take note that this program is only for Chilean SII-registed taxpayers with Start of Activities.
The inconvenience of technical issues
Overall, e-Boleta ensures that every Chilean taxpayer can issue digital copies of exempt and sales and service tickets from their fingertips and comply with local regulations. Reducing inconveniences lies in addressing log-in and crashing issues and supporting in-app report downloads.
